1. Design Consultation
Every custom project begins with a conversation. Share with me your inspiration photos, preferred styles, stone preferences, budget, and any important details about your vision, and I’ll provide guidance along with a preliminary estimate for your project.
For clients seeking a specific diamond or gemstone, this is where we discuss cut, color, proportions, and any unique characteristics you’re hoping to find.
2. Sourcing & Design Fee
Once we have a clear direction, a $300 design fee/deposit secures your place in the design queue and covers the creation of your custom CAD model. You'll receive detailed 3D renders and videos of your piece along with three design revisions until every detail is exactly how you envision it. This also includes one round of diamond sourcing if there are three eligible diamonds within your specifications.
Should you move forward with production, the entire design fee is applied toward your final purchase price.
Please note, we do not set outside stones in our bespoke pieces.
3. Production Deposit
After approving your design, a finalized quote is provided. To begin manufacturing your piece and reserve production time, payment of this finalized quote in full is required, less the $300 CAD fee.
4. Production
After design approval and receipt of your final payment, your piece enters production with my trusted team of artisan here in Los Angeles. Each piece is crafted to order using carefully selected materials and gemstones, with quality and craftsmanship always taking priority over speed.
5. Quality Control
Before delivery, every piece undergoes a final inspection to ensure the craftsmanship, setting work, finish, and stone quality meet my standards. Any accompanying certifications and documentation are verified and included with your order.
6. Delivery
Prior to shipping, you will be sent videos and photos of your piece. Orders are carefully packaged and fully insured during transit for peace of mind.
