At Ola Fine Gems & Jewelry, every piece is made or sourced specifically for each client and carefully inspected prior to delivery. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our small business, all sales are considered final unless otherwise required by law.

Returns & Cancellations

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final, including:

• Custom jewelry
• Custom-cut stones
• Engagement rings
• Wedding bands
• Special order items

Due to the personalized nature of sourcing and production, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

While we do not accept returns, we understand that tastes and preferences can evolve over time. We are open to redesigning existing Ola Fine Gems & Jewelry pieces on a case-by-case basis, subject to evaluation, material requirements, and applicable labor costs.

Design Fee

The $300 Sourcing & Design fee is non-refundable and covers the time spent creating and revising your custom design and sourcing your gemstone.

Warranty

At Ola Fine Gems & Jewelry, we stand by the quality of our work. With over 70 combined years of jewelry fabrication experience, every piece is manufactured to withstand the test of time. We offer a 3 year manufacturing warranty on all products. During this timeframe, in the unlikely event a piece is determined to be faulty due to our craftsmanship, we will repair it at no additional cost.

Covered Under Warranty

• Manufacturing defects
• Workmanship defects
• Prong issues resulting from manufacturing defects
• Stone security issues caused by manufacturing defects

If a covered issue arises during the warranty period, repairs will be completed at no charge.

Not Covered Under Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, dents, or bent rings
• Lost or stolen jewelry
• Damage caused by impact, accidents, or misuse
• Chemical damage
• Damage caused by improper care
• Damage to the center stone
• Repairs, modifications, or resizing performed by another jeweler
• Loss of stones due to accidental damage or normal wear

Accent Stone Replacement

As a courtesy, up to two accent stones measuring 2mm or smaller may be replaced free of charge within the first year if the original setting remains intact and the loss was not caused by accidental damage. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

Additional accent stone replacements are available for $50 per stone plus shipping, depending on stone size and availability.

Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A brief description of the concern

We aim to respond to all warranty inquiries within 2–3 business days.

Jewelry Care

To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend:

• Removing jewelry during exercise, heavy lifting, and manual labor.
• Avoiding exposure to chlorine, bleach, and harsh chemicals.
• Scheduling periodic inspections for frequently worn pieces. Prongs should be checked and retightened every 3-6 months.
• Storing jewelry separately to prevent scratching and damage.
