Every custom piece begins with a thoughtfully engineered design. Embark on a bespoke journey where your vision is meticulously transformed into a tangible masterpiece; through an intimate consultation, we unveil three exquisite stone selections, craft a bespoke CAD design centered upon your chosen gem, and present a refined, personalized quotation—each step a testament to artistry and unwavering precision.

This consultation fee secures the creation of a detailed 3D rendering of your custom jewelry before production begins.

Your CAD allows you to review your design from multiple angles, refine the details, and ensure every element is exactly as envisioned before your piece moves into production.

• Private Diamond Sourcing and In-Person viewings (local clientele)

• One custom CAD design based on your consultation and design specifications (if applicable)

• Up to three rounds of minor revisions to perfect your design

• Professional design guidance throughout the process

• Final CAD approval before manufacturing begins (if applicable) 

Important Information

• This consultation fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time, expertise, and labor required to create your custom design.

• The consultation fee will be credited toward your final custom jewelry project balance if you proceed with manufacturing through Ola Fine Gems.

• Purchasing this listing does not include the cost of manufacturing or the finished piece.

• Major design changes, redesigns, or changes to the original concept after the CAD has been created may require an additional design fee.

• Once your design has been approved, a finalized quote will be provided.

• Production begins after your final quote has been paid in full.

Customer agrees that by purchasing this listing they are obligated to pay the remaining quoted balance in full. 

Design Communication Policy

During the design stage, the client and designer work closely together to bring your vision to life. The designer will make every effort to respond to all messages within 48 hours, and the client is expected to respond within the same timeframe.

Failure to respond within 48 hours may result in delays, loss of your position in the production queue, or in extreme cases, forfeiture of the design fee.

By purchasing this listing, you acknowledge and agree that custom design and sourcing work is created exclusively for your project and that the design fee is non-refundable.
